Position Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing Customer Orders: Use our world-class technology to process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries.
- Product Expertise: Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
- Building Business Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, understanding their needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions.
- Customer Navigation: Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication skills are essential.
- Prior Customer Service Experience: While prior customer service experience is a plus, we'll train you if you're eager to learn!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish): Fluency in both verbal and written forms is required.
