Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our union clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits. You will also be required to complete necessary paperwork, participate in quality control initiatives, and engage in leadership development opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to our union clients
- Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Engage in leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and service delivery
Essential Qualifications:
* Good verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills with a focus on building strong relationships with our union clients
- Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to interact effectively with people and groups, including union members and internal stakeholders
- Maintains good customer relations and provides timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to support colleagues
- Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance or benefits industry
- Familiarity with union label benefits and supplemental benefits solutions
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
