Experienced Medical Customer Service Representative – Patient Care and Support

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support, both in-person and remotely. As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and support to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
As an Office/Remote Medical Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming calls and inquiries from patients and their families with professionalism and empathy
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with caregivers to ensure timely services for patients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient information
- Assisting in the coordination of transportation for patients as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to meet the needs of our patients and their families
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is highly desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Empathetic and patient nature
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in the office and remotely as needed
- Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism
