Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and you will be responsible for resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology.
