Position Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders: Use world-class technology to efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Making product recommendations: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to make informed recommendations to customers.

- Helping customers navigate our website: Assist customers in navigating our website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent: A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills: You'll need to be able to think critically, listen actively, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Prior customer service experience: While experience is a plus, we're eager to train and develop the right candidate.
