Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Timely and Accurate Database Management for arenaflex

Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in reviewing and entering selections provided by customers into our database in a timely and accurate manner. You will be responsible for ensuring that all data entered is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that all tasks are completed within the designated timeframe. Key Responsibilities:

* Enter flooring and manufactured good selections into computer database within 24-48 hours of receipt

• Enter in carpet exclusions and request trim estimates
• Scan in all documents for each quote entered
• Enter revisions and or changes and delete old selections when applicable
• Double check all selections entered for accuracy
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless data entry and management processes
• Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in data entry
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Qualifications & Required Skills:

* Minimum High School Diploma Required

• Two years administrative experience a plus
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Ability to operate well under the pressure of a deadline
• Possess problem-solving and analytical skills
• Computer skills a plus - Microsoft Office, Email etiquette
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with database management systems and software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in data entry and management

• Knowledge of flooring and manufactured goods industry
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Certification in data entry or related field
