Job Description:

We're seeking an Experienced Bilingual Contact Center Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone and email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and problems in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and professional manner.

  • Research and resolve problems and errors, including those related to fraud support and internet operations.
  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations, systems, and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and various arenaflex departments to resolve more complex customer or technology issues.
  • Utilize multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools to find information and resolve customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and efficient service to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least 18 months of customer service or related experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers.
  • Good communication skills, including speaking clearly, articulately, and accurately while using a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a contact center or customer service environment.

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
