What this job can offer you

As a Core Customer Success Manager EMEA, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with our talented team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive business growth, and contribute to the development of our industry-leading HR platform. You'll work closely with our Core Customer Success team to ensure continuity of care and customer retention for their books of business, leveraging your expertise in customer lifecycle management, problem-solving, and relationship-building to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Customer Success peers to ensure seamless business continuity on a rotating basis, utilizing arenaflex's internal tools to flag and document customer updates in detail.

  • Work with Sales to identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on product functionality, providing high-quality service delivery and educating customers on product use.
  • Monitor customer health to prevent churn and manage escalations, sharing customer feedback to improve team processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand customer relationships, working closely with Sales to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

What you bring

* A strong expertise in the customer lifecycle, with particular emphasis on customer retention, churn mitigation, and business reviews.

  • Proven track record of growing and developing customers, with a keen ability to understand client needs and suggest targeted solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of managing complex implementation/onboarding projects and working with a medium-sized book of clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability, with the ability to take over and confidently manage a wide variety of customer needs and projects at any given time.
  • A strong collaborative attitude, with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the different stakeholders in a company and how to address them in writing, speaking, and presenting.

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with SaaS platforms, particularly in the HR or employment space.

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, with a strong understanding of our platform's capabilities and limitations.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand customer relationships.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with a strong understanding of asynchronous communication and collaboration.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

At arenaflex, we're committed to ensuring fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay, with competitive benefits in all locations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with a focus on geographic pay differentials and market competitiveness.

  • Base salary range: $38,200 - $85,950
  • Benefits:
