Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing timely and accurate support to our clients via live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming live chats and responding quickly with accurate information to resolve client inquiries and issues
  • Assisting clients with questions about insurance licensing, processes, and documentation, using your expertise and knowledge to provide personalized support

Essential Qualifications
