Job Overview

As a Partner Experience Specialist, you'll provide critical support to our active process servers who are employed or contracted with arenaflex. Your responsibilities will include answering questions, resolving issues, managing and distributing work, and addressing performance concerns. This is a full-time position with weekends required, and you'll be working remotely from Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inquiries and resolve issues from process servers: Provide timely and effective support to our process servers, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Oversee distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers: Ensure that cases are properly assigned and dispatched to process servers, and that all necessary information is provided to facilitate successful completion.
  • Work in Skye (in-house application) to ensure orders are being dispatched and fulfilled: Utilize our proprietary application to monitor and manage the dispatch and fulfillment of orders, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure successful completion.
  • Monitor process server status to ensure they are in good standing and able to accept and complete work: Regularly review the status of our process servers to ensure that they are meeting our performance standards and are able to accept and complete work assignments.
  • Obtain status of orders via phone calls, fax, court docket that have been dispatched with Sheriff: Communicate with process servers, courts, and other stakeholders to obtain status updates on orders that have been dispatched, and take necessary actions to ensure successful completion.
  • Collaborate with team members to find broken processes or inefficiencies in daily tasks: Work closely with your colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Resolves issues on task board in Skye: Utilize our task management system to track and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, process server performance, and other areas of concern.

Qualifications

Customer service or IT experience strongly preferred: While not required, experience in customer service or IT will be beneficial in this role, as you'll be working closely with process servers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support.

  • High school diploma or GED required: A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
  • Familiarity with Legal Process as a plus: While not required, familiarity with the legal process and procedures will be beneficial in this role, as you'll be working closely with process servers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Strong communication skills are essential in this role, as you'll be interacting with process servers, courts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel): Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is required for this position, as you'll be using these tools to manage and track orders, process server performance, and other areas of concern.
