Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer support to our clients, while also building long-term relationships and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program.
Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and provide them with information about our insurance packages
* Scheduling appointments with clients who request our services
* Providing top-tier customer support regarding insurance packages over Zoom video call
* Reporting daily production numbers and attending group training classes
* Maintaining long-term relationships with active clients and driving sales growth
