Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Keying paper applications into the Affinity database with high accuracy and speed
- Maintaining acceptable keying speed and accuracy, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Assisting the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
- Assisting with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
- Collaborating with management to address systematic opportunities and issues, and suggesting improvements to our processes
Education and Work Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma, with a college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
Knowledge and Skills

Hours and Physical Demands
As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere, but you'll still be required to work standard hours of 8:15-4:45pm. You may be required to work periodic overtime, but this will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
