What You'll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families, answering their questions, and resolving their issues with empathy and compassion. Your passion for helping others will shine through in every interaction, making a real difference in the lives of those you serve.

A Typical Day

• Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.

  • Conduct research to provide answers and solutions for customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

What You Bring to the Role

• 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to customers.

  • Integrity and a commitment to maintaining patient privacy, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and best practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer experience, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps).
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative) for clear and effective communication.
  • A smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in and access to our systems.
