Responsibilities
As a remote data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering and updating customer, vendor, and transaction data into databases or CRM platforms
- Reviewing data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintaining records of activities and tasks
- Identifying and correcting errors in data entries
- Performing data validation and cleanup as needed
- Communicating with team members to clarify information
- Meeting daily and weekly productivity goals
- Handling confidential information with integrity and discretion
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 50 WPM preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM or database systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
