Key Responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Learning our proprietary scripted dialogue delivery system and scheduling attorneys for hearings
  • Gaining a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make frequent calls to our clients and partners
  • Portraying our high standards of customer support excellence and consistently meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics
  • Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth
