Experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk – Oracle Retail and SAP Ecommerce Systems

About the Role:
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our business by maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing information in our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. You'll work closely with our merchants and stores to resolve price change-related issues and questions, and serve as a liaison between our business divisions. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
* Review and enter all price change requests received from merchant organizations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Understand data and ability to spot price change discrepancies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Understand complex promotional price changes and how they feed into the system, ensuring seamless integration and minimal errors
- Review and enter stores-submitted cost and price changes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely updates
- Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Work with our Accounts Payable team to reopen POS for invoice submission, ensuring smooth financial operations
- Manage and review weekly price change reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Assist with ad-hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, supporting the growth and development of our business
- Additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, retail, or ecommerce, with a strong understanding of Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
- Strategic thinker and innovative problem solver with a proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Ability to take initiative, work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail with a data-driven and results-focused mentality
- Strong organization and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
