What You'll Be Doing
As an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and empathetic manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Providing proactive support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience and a strong understanding of technology
- High-speed internet (15 Mbps or faster) and a reliable device for remote work
