Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-store interactions. You'll be the face of our brand, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make a significant impact on our customers' shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services, including promotions, sales, and loyalty programs.
- Model and share customer service quality practices with team members to deliver exceptional and delightful customer experiences.
- Offer recommendations on products and services to customers, including trade-ups and companion products.
- Process customer transactions, including cash, credit card payments, and exchanges, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and inventory, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for customers.
- Implement employer asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce inventory loss.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding regulated products, such as tobacco and alcohol.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including creating and maintaining displays, resets, and revisions as directed.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock rotation, product placement, and restocking.
- Provide exceptional customer service in the photo lab, including virtual passport photo services, poster printing, and creative gadgets.
- Assist with online order fulfillment, including picking and packing orders, and delivering them to customers.
- Maintain a positive and respectful relationship with colleagues, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Education and Personal Development:
* Attend training sessions and complete required coursework as assigned by your manager or the company.
- Participate in ongoing education and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Basic Qualifications:
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Previous experience working with arenaflex is a plus.
