Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Roadside Assistance Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls for roadside assistance and service requests from customers, ensuring prompt and empathetic responses to their needs.
- Making outbound calls to service providers to secure towing assistance, negotiate with them to ensure they have the correct equipment, and update customers with estimated times of arrival (ETA) for assistance.
- Managing alerts and handling cases until completion, including status updates for existing cases, to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
- Communicating effectively with customers, service providers, and partners to keep them informed throughout the process, fostering trust and building strong relationships.
