Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our passengers, providing friendly, professional, and personalized assistance to ensure their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that exceed our passengers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from passengers, providing prompt and courteous assistance to resolve their queries and concerns
- Prepare and issue tickets, determine fares, and provide travel information to ensure passengers' movement needs are met
- Collaborate with passengers in a friendly and helpful manner to create meaningful experiences and build customer loyalty and commitment
- Move forward and anticipate passenger needs while maintaining a high level of accountability and responsibility when resolving customer issues
- Work daily with a security mindset, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of safety and security in our operations

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different countries for training purposes
- Willingness to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
- Ability to meet arenaflex's participation guidelines, uniform, and appearance standards
- Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa
