Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor at Arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, including tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs.

  • Use your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Help de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary, helping customers to get the most out of their Arenaflex experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.

Requirements

* 18 years or older

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • At least six months experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • High speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+, upload 3mbps+, Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection)
  • Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
  • Have a secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
  • Training will be 19 days of full-time hours, working Monday through Friday 10am – 6:30pm CST starting the week of July 13th
  • Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
  • Work at least 16 hours per week, working no more than 29 hours per week
  • Reside in one of our US hiring zones

  • Familiarity with customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and chat platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
