What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Success Specialist, Scaled, you'll own a portfolio of SMB customers, helping them achieve their strategic objectives and realize significant value using AI and Automation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with new features and accelerate product adoption by working closely with frontline support teams, reviewing their solution, and providing proactive training and best practices.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong customer relationships and keep engagement high through Success Plans, outlining strategic objectives and related KPIs, and initiatives to deliver against these.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting on automation, product adoption, and account health KPIs, and develop strategies to improve them.
  • Business Reviews: Deliver a strategic cadence of Business Reviews to customers to align realized value with executive stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally and build strong relationships within arenaflex's Professional Services, Sales, and Product teams, as well as with the arenaflex Core team.
  • Expansion Opportunities: Uncover expansion opportunities across new channels, markets, brands, and use cases and support Account Executives in closing them.
  • Contract Management: Know your customers' contracts and when changes to an existing contract are necessary.

About You

We're looking for an experienced professional with a successful track-record of managing SMB customers with complex technical solutions. You'll be a product expert with an aptitude for understanding how our product works and how integrating its features, integrations, capabilities, and best practices help your customers achieve their goals. Technical problems will excite you, and you'll regularly liaise with technical teams, both internally and externally.

Essential Qualifications

* Experience: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support Leadership, or related roles in a SaaS company.

  • Product Expertise: Proven track-record of managing SMB customers with complex technical solutions and staying up-to-date with new features.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure value via a data-oriented approach, including continuous monitoring of account health and ROI.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and work cross-functionally.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of API integrations and a knowledge of arenaflex or a similar CRM.

Preferred Qualifications

* API Integrations: Advanced understanding of API integrations and experience with integrating third-party applications.

  • Zendesk Experience: Experience working with arenaflex's customer experience software, including its features, integrations, and capabilities.
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track-record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

What We Offer

* Competitive Compensation: A competitive annualized OTE (On Target Earnings) range of $75,000.00-$113,000.00, with a pay mix of 70/30 (base/commission).
