Experienced Full Stack Business Planning Supervisor – Global Customer Support and Operations

About the Role
As a Business Planning Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction across Europe and Africa. You will be part of the newly formed Business Execution and Planning team, responsible for providing a unified perspective on the continuous E&A trading performance of Disney+, driving insights and decision-making to optimize recruitment and customer growth, and managing the Disney+ annual and quarterly planning process. You will work closely with brand and execution advertising teams, nation teams, E&A BD and system teams, as well as finance and research teams across the region and DSS in NY.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of key planning models, including the annual operating plan model and the monthly forecasting model, including executive-level overview views, streamlined estimates, and clearly identified sources of input and assumptions
- Support the development of D+ annual strategy and quarterly planning and monthly/every other month forecasting process
- Present business cases and scenarios to inform decisions on pricing, go-to-market strategies, and revenue enhancement
- Support ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses on drivers of performance for the past quarter
- Support in anticipating EMEA and US business updates
