Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on products and services
  • Building strong relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • College graduate with or without experience in Customer Solutions roles
  • At least six (6) months of background in the Customer Experience Solutions industry
  • Good English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Superb computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous in this role:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Schedule and Supplemental Pay

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work a standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and flexible scheduling. You'll also be eligible for a range of supplemental pay, including:
