About the Role

As a Senior Associate on our Customer Experience team, you will report to our Consumer Experience Lead and lead the strategic planning to drive industry-leading customer experience initiatives for our DashPass subscribers and most loyal and active customers. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with teams within customer experience, product, engineering, and tools to improve processes and the resulting customer experience for our customers
  • Producing, digging into, and using data and insights to identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, effectiveness, and customer experience
  • Accomplishing recommendations from start to finish, from digging into Excel/SQL to creating a budget to implementing timelines, aligning partners, testing ideas, achieving, and measuring results
  • Partnering with support and company-level leadership to guide priority projects

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range of $74,800 - $110,000 USD, determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions
