Responsibilities
As a Shopify Data Entry & Order Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing product listings on the Shopify platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Processing customer orders promptly and accurately, including handling returns and exchanges as needed.
- Updating inventory levels regularly to reflect current stock and avoid overselling.
- Light customer service duties to resolve any order-related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Adhering to data entry standards to maintain accuracy and consistency across all Shopify records.
- Assisting in the implementation of best practices for data management and order processing workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Entry and Order Processing: + Manage product listings on the Shopify platform, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness. + Process customer orders promptly and accurately, including handling returns and exchanges. + Update inventory levels regularly to reflect current stock and avoid overselling.
- Customer Service:
+ Provide light customer service duties to resolve order-related inquiries in a timely manner. + Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Data Management:
+ Adhere to data entry standards to maintain accuracy and consistency across all Shopify records. + Assist in the implementation of best practices for data management and order processing workflow.
- Collaboration:
+ Collaborate with our fulfillment team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers from order placement to fulfillment. + Work closely with our customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets for data management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
