Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic part-time remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering outstanding service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries: Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Assist with reservations and ticketing: Help customers with flight reservations, ticketing, and modifications, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Provide support for travel-related issues: Assist customers with cancellations, delays, baggage concerns, and other travel-related issues, upholding arenaflex's commitment to excellent service.
  • Stay informed about arenaflex's policies and procedures: Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's policies, promotions, and procedures to provide accurate information and ensure consistency in customer interactions.
  • Uphold arenaflex's commitment to excellent service: Create positive customer interactions, ensuring every customer feels valued and appreciated.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in customer service or travel are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, as you'll be interacting with customers through various channels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: You'll be working in a dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapting to changing situations.
  • Prior experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality: While not required, prior experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications: You'll need to be proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM systems.
