Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our data collection and analysis efforts. You'll be responsible for extracting, processing, and analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and insights, and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Your expertise will help us refine our data management processes, improve data quality, and enhance our overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Extract, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including electronic clinical records, surveys, and financial reports
- Develop and maintain data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Design and implement data visualization tools and reports to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
- Conduct data analysis and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless data exchange and integration
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance data management and analysis capabilities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
- Proficiency in IT application development lifecycles and methodologies
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong understanding of data quality standards and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data management and analysis tools, such as SAS, SAS EG, Python, or SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
