Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of our healthcare data management solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data entry solutions that meet the needs of our internal clients and stakeholders. You'll work closely with our development team to ensure that our data entry solutions are integrated with our existing systems and meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders to design and develop data entry solutions that meet their needs
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Design and develop packages for internal clients
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following essential qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas:
+ Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
Required Education
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent related field.
