Your expertise, developed through formal training and hands-on experience, will help drive seamless processes that meet client objectives and exceed expectations. ### Job Overview As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for capturing and correcting data with accuracy in all keying programs. You will meet established production and quality standards, maintain impeccable attendance, and adhere to arenaflex policy. You will also gain in-depth knowledge of our clients' business and industry dynamics, applying this knowledge to ensure best practice procedures and continuous process improvement. ### Work Environment and Company Culture As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with shift hours between 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM PST. arenaflex values work-life balance and offers a supportive and inclusive work environment. • $19.00 per hour
• Paid sick leave based on state regulations after 90 days of employment

### Key Responsibilities

• Data capture and correction, ensuring accuracy in all keying programs
• Meet established production and quality standards
• Maintain impeccable attendance, adhering to arenaflex policy
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our clients' business and industry dynamics, applying this knowledge to ensure best practice procedures and continuous process improvement
• Identify issues, review procedures, and recommend and implement modifications as necessary to enhance the efficiency of transaction processing
• Handle company confidential data in strict adherence to policy and guidelines
• Be prepared for occasional overtime, as required
• Be available to work arenaflex Holidays and Saturdays

### Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Excellent typing skills
• Experience working with business solutions software
• Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet)

### Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a data entry or administrative role
• Familiarity with arenaflex's clients and industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
