Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team of talented professionals in Houston, USA. As a key member of our remote team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients visiting the American Express Centurion Parlor at IAH Airport. With a focus on proactive problem-solving, creative solutions, and a client-centric approach, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our clients, providing personalized support and guidance to help them navigate their travel, card, and lifestyle needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring a positive experience and building brand loyalty
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide seamless support and ensure a smooth client experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed recommendations and solutions
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium client environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on creative solutions and client satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and mutual support
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in web-based applications and ability to adapt to new technology platforms
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 pounds) for specific tasks

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience in the travel industry, including reservation experience
  • Knowledge of American Express products and services
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
