Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our web and cloud applications. As a senior member of our software engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy full stack software solutions using a range of technologies, including Java, Spring, and cloud-based platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop software solutions that meet those needs
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve our software solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full stack development
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, and cloud-based platforms
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and technologies
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices

Compensation
* Salary: $75,000 per year
- Bonus: 10% of annual salary paid out annually, based on overall performance and qualifications
