Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests and travel agent partners via phone
- Answer questions related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries
- Help resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, customer service) preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
