Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center Position at arenaflex

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information section methods and rules to process new patient enrollment and enter information into the suitable framework.
- Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
- Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
- Resolve all data entry-related exceptions.
- Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
- Resolve Out-of-Scope issues by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
- Make phone calls to support plans and others to obtain data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Out-of-Scope issues.
- Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those at other locations.
- Recognize and communicate issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
- Obtain active professional license or certification within the first 90 days, and maintain a current professional license or certification.
Essential Capabilities
* Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online).
- Basic web browser skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right field, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Preferred Capabilities
* At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by state as granted by the State board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
