Job Summary
As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize knowledge of our products and services to answer customer questions and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support experiences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or online support environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software applications, and communication tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
