Your Role in Detail

As a Text Chat Operator – Customer Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites. Your role will involve:

  • Providing top-notch assistance to customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working independently, using your own device (phone, tablet, or laptop) to access social media and website chat functions
  • Adhering to provided instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in your responses
  • Being available for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work at your own pace
  • Maintaining a reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication with customers

Key Responsibilities:
