Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Apple Home Advisor. As a full-time remote position, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional support to our valued clients and helping them discover the magic of Apple. As a Home Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice of Apple, answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

As an Apple Home Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product or service-related issues, working closely with our technical teams to resolve complex problems
  • Providing technical support for Apple products, educating customers about their features and benefits
  • Delivering exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information, ensuring that our systems are accurate and up-to-date

Requirements
