What You Will Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Crafting prompt, accurate responses to parent inquiries via phone and email, setting the tone for exceptional customer service
  • Developing and executing a robust training program for student ambassadors, ensuring they embody our values during campus tours
  • Orchestrating flawless logistics for tours and shadow days, leaving nothing to chance
  • Maintaining pristine admissions records in our CRM & SIS systems, ensuring data integrity at all times
  • Pioneering scalable processes and manuals that will serve as the blueprint for future campus expansions

What You Won’t Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you won't be:

  • Crafting high-level admissions strategies – your focus is on flawless execution, not policy creation
  • Overseeing multiple campuses or managing large teams – this role is about personal excellence and individual impact
  • Developing curriculum or providing direct student instruction – your expertise lies in smoothing the path to enrollment

Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of 2+ years in a high-stakes, customer-facing role, demonstrating exceptional service delivery
  • Masterful communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of conveying complex information with clarity and warmth
  • Unparalleled organizational abilities with a near-obsessive attention to detail
  • A deep-seated passion for revolutionizing education and propelling student success
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

While not essential, the following skills and experience would be a significant advantage:

  • Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms, showcasing your tech-savvy approach to customer management

Working with arenaflex
