Key Details
* Position: Visa Consultant / Customer Services
- Location: Fully Remote (Applicant does not need to reside in the UK)
- Working Hours: UK Business Hours
- Mode of Communication: Primarily emails and phone calls
Responsibilities
As a Visa Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Liaising with business clients to understand their specific visa and passport requirements
- Guiding clients through the UK passport application process and visa applications for various embassies in London
- Preparing and reviewing application documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UK visa and passport regulations and embassy protocols
- Responding promptly to client queries via email and phone, offering clear and professional advice
- Tracking application progress and providing clients with timely updates
- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and application statuses

Full training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An attitude to self-learn, be a self-starter, and have a high degree of initiative
- Fluent spoken and written English – exceptional communication skills are essential
- Proven experience in visa consulting, immigration services, working in customer services or logistics or a related field
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in using email and phone communication tools
- Familiarity with UK passport and visa regulations is a strong advantage
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for phone calls
