Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our members through phone, email, or written correspondence. Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with members, understanding their unique needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with members, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and track contacts with members, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance to members

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on resolving complex issues and providing exceptional customer service
