The Role
As a Travel Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for fulfilling travel-specific requests for our high-profile client program via phone. You'll research, plan, and execute customized travel experiences, booking domestic and international flights, car and/or hotel travel arrangements, and de-escalating stress when unforeseen travel situations arise. You'll also use your knowledge to help Card Members access their exclusive benefits, including how to make the most of their Membership Reward points.
What You'll Bring to the Team

- Excellent geographical and travel knowledge through professional or personal travel experience.
- Must be internet savvy and proficient in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone, chat, and email).
- Strong ability to communicate and write in a polished, educated, and professional manner.
What We Offer

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent is required; college experience is preferred.
- Must be able to complete a background check.
- 2+ years of customer service experience required, preferably in a highly interactive hospitality or travel-related role.
- 1 year of Call Center experience is required.
- Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred.

Work from Home Opportunity
As a remote Travel Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. To qualify for this position, you must:
- Provide a private at-home office space, with a lockable door, free of distraction.
- Procure, set up, and maintain high-speed internet access with a minimum speed of 25 mbps download / 5 mbps upload.
- Wired internet connection (cannot use Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Pods) capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate. Internet connection must be connected to modem/router through hard cable/ethernet cord.
- Satellite users are prohibited and cannot be used due to the impact on call quality and the stability of service.
- Have a Smart Phone operating on the most up-to-date software system.
