Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:
- Provide top-tier customer service by resolving post-order issues, such as shipping questions, damages, returns, substitutions, assembly services, and order notifications.
- Handle a high volume of calls, typically 50-60 per shift, in a fast-paced environment with minimal downtime.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, service effectiveness metrics, and other performance goals as assigned.
- Connect with clients through inbound calls, chats, and messages, building relationships and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Listen effectively and empathetically to understand client needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
- De-escalate client concerns by utilizing conflict resolution skills, balancing client needs with business options while maintaining control.
- Resolve issues in a first-contact resolution approach, utilizing critical thinking to find the best solution for each client.
- Perform various tasks, such as navigating multiple software programs, tabs, devices, and screens to quickly and accurately answer client questions.
- Identify areas for improvement and share patterns with management to drive continuous growth and development.

Requirements
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Ability to design your computer to a modem with minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps (download) and 5Mbps (upload)
- No remote (WiFi) access allowed for use; all necessary computer hardware and peripherals provided by arenaflex
- Familiarity with working within Windows Operating Systems or similar
- Private and dedicated workspace free from distractions (roommates, children, partners, pets, etc.) or noise (radio, TV, etc.)
- arenaflex requires 100% attendance during training; we cannot accommodate any absences, downtime, or tardiness during this time
- Qualified candidates will be required to pass a competitor evaluation to proceed with the screening process
