Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Virtual Pharmacy Operations

Job Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately reading, interpreting, and entering data into our computer system, including the calculation of dosages, assignment of labels, and acceptance of timely payment from insurance companies
- Contacting physicians' offices and insurance companies to verify the accuracy of our patients' specialty medication orders
- Occasionally, you will be responsible for responding to patient calls to arrange and manage new patient medication orders and reorders, which includes checking and re-verifying benefits
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with our team to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of patient medication orders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and medication orders
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
* A valid Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
- A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy setting
- A minimum of 6 months of experience working with Windows-Based applications, such as Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications
- Strong keyboarding skills and preference for sitting or standing for the length of the shift (8-10 hours)
- Ability to use a computer and keyboard while performing the essential duties of this job
Preferred Qualifications:
* A minimum of 6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician
- A minimum of 90 days of experience handling and resolving client needs via telephone
- Experience working in a healthcare setting and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and medications
- Experience with clinical charging, coding, and other clinical supporting roles
- Experience with customer service in an office setting
- A minimum of 6 months of professional work experience, including inbound and outbound telephone customer care
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of computer programs
- Excellent data entry skills

Compensation and Benefits:
