Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Data Entry/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our inside and outside sales teams, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and providing quotations to our clients and outside sales representatives. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business and our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Directly supporting designated outside field representatives and clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service
  • Processing incoming orders into our online system (SAGE 100) with accuracy and efficiency
  • Following up on processed orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues
  • Providing quotations to outside sales representatives and clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries, resolving issues and building trust
  • Capturing customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, to ensure effective order delivery and future follow-up
  • Building relationships with customers through friendly, engaging communication and excellent customer service
  • Effectively communicating order requirements to other departments in-house (assembly, shipping, etc.)
  • Communicating status of orders/quotations to the Management Team
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience as a customer service/inside sales representative (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner
  • Fluency in Spanish (preferred but not required)
  • Sage 100 experience helpful
