Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Partner Liaison at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Effectively communicating with delivery partners and customers in a clear and professional manner at all times
  • Providing prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners
  • Managing sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix
  • Demonstrating excellent time-management skills and maintaining or exceeding targeted performance metrics
  • Actively seeking solutions through logical reasoning and identifying trends to suggest process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery partner concerns and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduation in any specialization from a recognized university
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
  • Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  • Ability to concentrate – follow customers' issues without distraction to resolution
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites
  • Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in a customer service or delivery partner liaison role
  • Knowledge of Amazon's delivery partner network and processes
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Ability to navigate websites and email applications with ease
