Job Summary

As an Experienced Warehouse and Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily fulfillment and customer support processes. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that products are shipped on time and in the correct quantities
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve issues and improve processes, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the RC industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems
  • Ability to travel for training, trade shows, and other business-related activities
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
