Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Analyst to join our team. As an IT Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and resolving IT incidents, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. This is a full-time position that requires 8 hours of work per day, and the salary range is $20-$30 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve IT incidents, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and systems
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT operations, incident management, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations for process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in IT service management tools and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with ServiceNow or other IT service management tools
- Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and best practices
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
