Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist for live chat support, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating customer information in our database
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
  • Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues
  • Troubleshooting basic issues and escalating complex problems to other teams
  • Collaborating with other teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and adhering to our high standards of customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in online communication, including live chat and email
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Prior experience in data entry or customer support is a plus
