Experienced HR Shared Services Specialist – Workday and Talent Management

As an HR Shared Services Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing exceptional support to our employees. You'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment, and will work closely with our local and global skills groups to resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will be centered on Workday transactions and data input accuracy, and you'll be expected to be proactive, impartial, and possess excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Shared Services Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
• Assisting with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently
• Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work throughout our Talent organization
• Creating, writing, and maintaining our HR knowledge base for employees
• Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
• Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool
• Demonstrated expertise in Mass Uploads (EIB)
• Project management, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
• Strong interest in HR and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous judgment and strategies to resolve complex problems
• A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR area, or as a HR Generalist is a plus
• Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HR systems and tools
• Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with global teams and stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
