Job Summary

As a Sports-Minded Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and personalized service to our customers. You'll work closely with our team to greet, qualify, recommend, and close sales, while also ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Use a lead-based system to meet with customers, greet, qualify, recommend, and close sales
  • Follow all CDC and local mandates while working with customers, prioritizing the safety and well-being of both our customers and our team members
  • Accurately complete, send, and file product and service order forms in accordance with our privacy and confidentiality guidelines
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to set attainable customer outreach and acquisition targets
  • Enforce our values and exemplify them through every interaction between you and a customer, fellow team member, and client
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our team by sharing your ideas and suggestions for improving our customer service processes

Qualifications

* At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing position

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A sense of humor and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
  • Results-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the sports industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of Virginia Beach market demographics and local sports teams
  • Familiarity with consultative sales techniques and account activation processes
  • Experience working with confidential customer information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
